Let’s Dance with Judith, from Findhorn!
Ms. Judith Born, one of the long term spiritual practitioner and resident of Findhorn Foundation, will be coming to Japan for sharing joy and love of Findhorn through dance and their essential spiritual practices.
She has been living in Findhorn for over 30 years and engaged with educational department in Findhorn Foundation for providing “Experience Week”, one of the essential program for people who visit Findhorn for the first time, and receiving various guests from all over the world. In the same time she has been teaching “Sacred Circle Dance” – dances for growing peace in community from various areas of the world, from traditional to newly created ones.
She has been always enthusiastic for teaching dances and openly share her pathway of spiritual growth. I have been working with her for my private Japanese Experience Week in the last 10 years and I’ve been always inspired by her very simple insights, that is really grounded through long term practice in this unique community.
My understanding of her intention is “Holistic Living” – to live as we each of us are.
Her work are always rooted this concept. So, this series of workshops in Japan are opportunity for us to share by her wisdom and the way of being.
So, let’s be innocent and immerse yourself in the joy of life through dance and inner peace.
The most significant program is “Sacred Dance Facilitator Trainings in Tokyo”, 3 days intensive workshop for learning various dances with its background and choreograph to share dance with your community. Sacred Dance is very simple and mediative dance to connect people in the circle and giving joy, healing, encouragement and feeling of belongings. In the same time, we create a sense of oneness as we become circle. All our joy and prayer through dance will be coherent to the universe.

Ms. Judith Born
Judith & Craig, who is also one the significant elder in Findhorn Foundation.
She has been living and working in Findhorn Community over 30 years. She used to work as a member of management team and trustee of the foundation.
Now, she is taking care of guest department that holds educational program for the guest from all over the World.
Since she was in Japan for teaching English sometime in her 20s, she loves Japan and its culture. She regularly visit Japan for sharing joy and love from Findhorn with its essence.
She has also been one the teacher of Sacred Circle Dance in Findhorn for many years. Teaching dances is one of her grateful love-in-action and she enjoys it a lot.
Intelligent and enthusiasm – with deep curiosity for wholeness. Her qualities are really diverse yet simple. She inspires people form all over the world.

Mana Aoki
Born in Tokyo in 1967. She was a wonder traveller in her 20s and visited SE Asia, India, Africa and most of European countries for exploring the world. In 2004,
she had visited Findhorn Foundation and joined Experience Week at first time.
She found it as a home for the soul and it became something significant in her life. A few years later, she started to take a group from Japan and has gone on doing this since then. Holistic Living, the way of living inspired by Judith and Findhorn is also her intention for promoting Findhorn spirits to Japanese people. One of the Resource Person for Findhorn in Japan.
